Stand Lighting Rental: LED Spotlights
Without directed light, even the most beautiful stand fades into the uniform brightness of an exhibition hall. Fit-out lighting rental provides the points of light that make a product, a logo, a range of samples or a demonstration area stand out. Spots that fix onto a modular frame, clip-on spotlights or ready-to-plug kits: these solutions are installed in a few minutes and run on a standard stand power supply.
ALUVISION spots and clip-on spotlights
The ALUVISION The Puck XL 50W spot is designed for Omni 55 structures: it clips directly onto the aluminium profile, with no drilling, and its adjustable head directs 50 W of LED light onto a printed fabric or a shelf. It is available from €49 excl. VAT for 1 to 3 days. To equip a complete stand, the Kit of 5 ALUVISION The Puck XL 50W lights brings together five spots and their power supply in a carrying case, from €275 excl. VAT. The more traditional Clip-on spotlight clamps onto a partition, a rail or a panel; it is the economical way to light a counter or a display stand, and it can be combined with a coloured filter to tint the back wall of a stand.
Choosing the right power and position
On a 9 m² stand with a graphic wall at the back, two Puck spots on the top of the frame are enough to make the colours of the fabric sing. On 18 to 36 m², the kit of five lights the back wall, the counter and two display cases. For a product launch, concentrate the light on the star item and leave the rest of the space half a tone darker: the eye follows the light. At a forum or an internal convention where each exhibitor has a table, one clip-on spotlight per slot creates a pleasing visual regularity. Remember to angle the spots downwards and slightly towards the inside of the stand so as not to dazzle visitors walking past in the aisle.
Delivery, cabling and return of the equipment
The spots arrive with their power supplies, cables and the fixings suited to your frames; our technicians position and angle them during the stand set-up, then dismantle them when the show closes. The equipment is tested and cleaned after every return. For small quantities, our Drive (pick-up) service lets you collect a kit or a few spotlights from our warehouse the day before your event. Prices apply for a 1 to 3-day rental period, with a decreasing rate for longer periods. Describe your stand to us (surface area, height, available power supply) and we will send you a quote within 24 hours.

Lighting comes into its own alongside the other elements of our stand and exhibition fit-out range: the stand furniture to be showcased, the audiovisual equipment for sound and image, or the Expo-Forum packs that already include a basic lighting set-up.
How many spots are needed for a 12 m² stand?
Three to four points of light make a good starting point: two for the printed back wall, one for the counter and one for a display case or a product. The kit of five leaves you a margin for an extra area.
Can ALUVISION spots be fitted to a frame other than the Omni 55?
They are designed for the groove of Aluvision profiles. On a conventional partition or a traditional stand, the clip-on spotlight is the universal solution.
How much electrical power should I plan for on the stand?
Five 50 W spots draw 250 W, far less than the standard 1 kW supply box provided by the organiser. Simply check that you have an accessible socket within three metres of your frames.
Can the lighting be hired for an outdoor event?
These spots are intended for indoor use or under dry shelter. For a terrace or a garden, our teams will point you towards weatherproof ambient spotlights suited to rain and humidity.
